Bharat Jain has been with the Firm since June, 2015.

He is a member of the Litigation Team focusing on assisting and advising clients on real estate and other civil litigation matters and representing them in different Courts and Tribunals. He advises clients on various matters involving Development Projects / Redevelopment Projects in Mumbai and drafting, settling, vetting and execution of various documents including Title Certificate, Memorandum of Understanding, Development Agreements, Agreement for Permanent Alternate Accommodation, Agreement for Sale, Sale Deed, Letter of Intent, Deed of Conveyance, Lease Deeds, Tenancy Agreements, Deed of Exchange and various commercial agreements.

Bharat Jain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mumbai University.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
