Aayush Modi has been with the Firm since the Ahmedabad office was set up in May 2015.
He heads the Ahmedabad Office of Universal Legal. He assists clients with their legal needs related to civil litigation and various Intellectual Property protection and prosecution, amongst other requirements.
Aayush handles various IPR activities including filing Applications; Registration & Prosecution. He also handles various Civil Litigation cases before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat and Electricity related disputes which are adjudicated by the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission, Gandhinagar (GERC). Aayush counsels clients and handles drafting & executing Agreements for protection of Intellectual Property including but not restricted to Non Disclosure\ Agreements; Confidentiality Agreements; Franchising and Licensing Agreement.
He is currently enrolled with the Gujarat Bar Association and is eligible to practice in the Gujarat High Court and various lower courts across the State of Gujarat.
During his time in the United States, Aayush Jayesh Modi worked as a Legal Consultant at The Chugh Firm where he worked with the Corporate Litigation team and also worked with the Immigration team handling non-immigrant applications.
